All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Providers

We use trusted shipping partners such as:

• J&T Express / DHL / PosLaju / Ninja Van(for local)

• DHL Express / FedEx / Aramex (for international)

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Some products may have shipping restrictions based on location or customs laws.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. You are responsible for paying any such charges.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim. However, do reach out to us and we will assist where we can.
